Shipping policy

All orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days after receipt of order.

ON & QC: Orders are delivered 3-7 business days after confirmation of tracking number.
AB, SK, MB, NB, & NS: Orders are delivered 5-10 business days after confirmation of tracking number.
BC: Currently we don't ship to BC. We are working on extending our services to British Columbia.
PE, NL, NT, YT, & NU: Orders are delivered 7-10 business days after confirmation of tracking number.

Tracking numbers will be provided typically in 1 business day. However, in rare cases it may take 2-5 business days for the tracking info to become available.
Most Canadian orders are shipped from USA.
For Western Canadian provinces, since your orders are coming from Eastern Canada, there may not be a shipping progress posted in the tracking history of your package for the first 2-5 business days, depending on the shipping destination. This is the time required for the package to travel from Eastern Canada to the first Carrier hub in Western Canada. After arriving at the carrier hub in Western Canada, the delivery progress will be faster.

Tracking number will be available 1-3 business days after placing the orders. Orders are typically shipped via USPS (First-Class Package Service or Priority Mail).
All US orders will be shipped from US warehouses.

Depending on your location, orders are delivered within 3-10 business days after receipt of order.
